Privacy
Mahawir.pl is a personal portfolio. It does not sell, rent or trade personal data, and it does not run advertising networks. This page describes what is collected, why, and how long it is kept.
- Controller
- The controller of the data is Mahawir Iwanowski, an individual operating from Wrocław, Poland. You can reach the operator at contact@mahawir.pl.
- Data collected
- Three categories of data are processed: (1) form submissions — name, email, free-text message and a project-topic label, sent when you use the contact form; (2) server logs — IP address, user agent, referer, requested path, response status, retained by the hosting provider for 30 days; (3) anonymised analytics — page views, referrers and rough country, only if you accept analytics cookies (see below).
- Analytics and cookies
- Google Analytics 4 (gtag.js) is loaded only after explicit consent. No advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking, no fingerprinting. The default is off — the first visit shows no analytics request. You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing site data in your browser.
- Contact form
- Messages sent through the contact form are delivered to the operator's mailbox (Resend, Gmail) and stored for as long as the conversation is active. The operator deletes the thread within 12 months of the last reply unless a contractual relationship requires longer retention.
- Your rights
- Under GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your data, and to object to processing. To exercise any of these rights, write to contact@mahawir.pl — the operator replies within 30 days.
- Changes to this policy
- Material changes will be announced by a banner on the home page for at least 14 days. The “last updated” date above reflects the current version.
